By Car: From A47 (Norwich), A12 (Lowestoft) or A149 (Caister) head into Great Yarmouth following signs for Sea-front. After passing St Nicholas' Church on your left and the Marketplace on your right turn left at the traffic lights and continue past Sainsburys. Straight ahead through the next set of traffic lights and then turn right into Wellesley Road then take the second left. You are now in |Princes Road and the Hotel will be on your left close to the seafront.

By Bus: from the station turn right past Icelands cross the road and take the left fork down Middle Market Road which leads into Princes Road and the Hotel is on your left close to the seafront. Taxi fare: £3

By Train: from the station walk into town via the footbridge and up to the market-place. cross the market and follow the path between a card shop and Bonmarche pass 'The Feathers' keep going straight and the Hotel is on your left close to the seafront. Taxi fare: £5
